EXPIRED [USA] ASRock Rack ROMED16QM3 EEB 175$

I found two related listings from another seller: ROMED16QM3 @$149 ROME2D32GM-2T @ $199 I'm honestly not sure if they're a great idea though - they seem to be coming from crypto mining operations, have lots of gunk/thermal paste, and I worry I see some bent pins as well... But I guess I'm too...

    Raritan PXO-2402R mini PDU - $107.99

Outlet level metering, but 200-240v only sadly.

    Raritan PXO-2402R mini PDU - $107.99

I don't know if it's really a deal worthy of its own thread, but I snagged some of these older Vertiv (Avocent) 1U PDUs a while back. They are switched and metered 10 outlet units, and seem to use ~12w when idle per PDU. Seller accepted $85/ea, and I indeed got new units with all the relevant...

    EXPIRED $90 64GB DDR4 ECC

I am leaning towards it being a possible hack, scam or a very odd mis-pricing. I went for it because I'm dumb I guess, unlike most listings - stock seems to "re-appear" in the listing, yet they are intentionally keeping stock at 8-10 units at all times. If it is a hack/scam, why stop at 8-10...

    Enterprise SSD "small deals"

If anyone here is feeling brave - this looks like it might be an Intel EDSFF E1L "ruler" SSD, approximately 6.14TB *raw* capacity - but it has no heatsinks which suggests it's either undergone some failed repair or is some engineering unit perhaps. I tried with a lowball offer of 180CAD which...

    Enterprise SSD "small deals"

I'm 99% sure this is a scam. Looks identical to a bunch of similar scams I've seen. Don't feed these guys. They will grow and take over eBay even faster...

    Enterprise SSD "small deals"

Interesting theory. If you're shooting for that kind of scale, and are doing mostly "write once read many", wouldn't it be much better to go with much larger QLC NVME devices? I see used 60TB drives are 5-10k these days. It's still too pricey for me, but maybe not for these use cases since the...

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

I suppose if I still had any hope, it's gone now... The package from Shop1105038092 that was sent via DHL was delivered yesterday, but to a different town more than 60 miles from where I am. I assume this is another case of scammers scraping tracking numbers for something that's "close enough"...

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

For what it's worth, my two parcels with Ritech and RTX which were shipped via EMS are still delayed for unknown reasons in China (supposedly awaiting a flight), while the shopX order was shipped via DHL appears to still supposedly be on its way... I'm not really hopeful, but I will wait a few...

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

I'm taking the same risks with y'all, but I'd really like to urge caution. I've been on the receiving end of some scams coming out of China. Please don't spend money you can't lose until we at least have someone confirm we received something legit. I'd hate to be responsible for leading...

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

The store has high ratings and is ~6 months old, but there is one recent review that claims it's a scam... I did jump in but I no suspect it may very well be a scam :(

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

I have a couple of orders on the way too - H11DSi, H11SSL-i, and just a few sticks of DDR4 sadly. All show as shipped via EMS now. Let's hope any of it is real. Really hard to tell. I suggest taking pics of the boxes and unboxing on video in case you do have to go through the dispute process...

I missed that. Sorry! Their rating is quite a bit lower actually... I actually already ordered from both, so we'll have to wait to find out how wise of a decision that was...

Most of their listings for memory on its own were actually quite expensive. I assume this one is older, and might even be cancelled if anyone orders it...

[Unsure if legit, buyer beware] Multiple Supermicro EPYC boards for cheap

I am honestly not sure if this is a scam and Aliexpress is not as good as eBay so I'd urge caution. Besides tarrifs, seems like there is a $50-100 extra cost for shipping per item, but it might vary by location (I'm not based in the US) H11SSL-i for $146.41, or with a 7551P for $163.56...

    Wedge 400 48-Port

I got two of the DC variants. Has anyone been able to confirm the eBay seller's claim that the DC variant uses Cisco's silicon rather than Broadcom? ("The Wedge400-AC-F uses Broadcom's Tomahawk 3 ASIC, while the Wedge400-DC-F utilizes Cisco's Silicon One ASIC.") The original spec references both...

    AWS's older gen node docs (Rattlesnake16 / 8259CL)

I had no idea these were public: https://fcc.report/FCC-ID/HFS-A5QB/4588119.pdf Where do we find their latest nodes? These docs seem very interesting! Also - I think the Annapurna cards are a precursor to AWS Nitro, possibly more. These cards are not too expensive on eBay, but I'd expect it to...
