Someone reported high retransmission rates when that Wiitek module transmits from 10G to NBaseT. I've seen latency spikes and no Pause frames with the same module in a similar scenario.

Mikrotik detects the module as 10G. Download portion of the speedtest hits 2.3Gbps, so that implies the link to the ONT has been negotiated to 2.5G. Forcing the SFP+ interface to 2500BaseT or 2500BaseX makes the module undetectable.
