U.2 to quad M.2 carrier (2.5 inch form factor)?

I don't think the power pins from the M.2 slot on those adapters are connected. At least on the ones I have, U.2 SSDs will not power on unless the power cable is connected. And even if it were, powering 4 SSDs plus the carrier could be too much for a single M.2 slot. Use the connector if it has it.

    Enterprise SSD "small deals"

I finally got my 2 PM1633 drives. Unfortunately, it seems like one of them might be in danger of the 32k bug. Not sure... I've been trying to find firmware for these without luck and was wondering if someone had copies of versions not affected by the bug. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

    Enterprise SSD "small deals"

Oh, they're impersonating server part deals in that listing. Is it worth letting them know? I hate that some people, even if they know it's a scam, try to buy it anyway, knowing that they can get their money back, and hoping to receive the item.

    AMD EPYC 7302p+ Supermicro H11SSL-i version 2

I have on the test bench right now an EPYC 7282 paired with a Gigabyte MZ32-AR0 , a 25gb OCP NIC, and 256gb of RAM. It's currently going through some burn-in and memory tests before I move it into a case. It's going to replace an old dual E5-2678v3. I can run a few tests while I have it on the...

    AMD EPYC 7302p+ Supermicro H11SSL-i version 2

You can send a message to Tugm4470. He's an active member here. I'm not sure if the shipping discount is still valid but he can answer that question and suggest some options for you. My first EPYC system was this exact combo purchased from Tugm4470. I bought the cooler from him as well. It's...

    EXPIRED Ebay - Samsung/Netapp PM1635a 6.4TB SAS SSD - $220

My two just arrived. Not sure if these are affected by the 32k/40k bug. I haven't seen concrete information that they are. If they are, what is the minimum firmware version that has the fix? Both came with MS03 Firmware, 4% used endurance, and around 3PB written. But at three dwpd for 5 years...

    EXPIRED Ebay - Samsung/Netapp PM1635a 6.4TB SAS SSD - $220

I know. :D I was just too greedy lol. Not upset or anything, all my fault. Saw some decent 4tb E1.S listings and started researching if it's worth getting some adapters.
