So i fixed my CPU issue. If anyone else has problems, I think it was some rouge tuneables or junk in my config. I have been migrating my backup from a long while back across different hardware. I did a fresh in stall and just imported a couple of specific settings and now it is working correctly

Its really odd, its almost like proxmox is miss representing the CPU usage. Top in the CLI shows what would appear to be typical usage, but the WebGUi and Proxmox show 90-100%

What driver have you installed? Sometimes the 43 error is due to the drivers inside the VM. Have you tried the latest one from here: Intel® Processor N100 (6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz) Downloads, Drivers and Software | Intel I read somewhere about MS update installing the wrong one or an older one...

Have a look at this post, it has some addtional commands related to hdmi which you add to the boot parms. https://3os.org/infrastructure/proxmox/gpu-passthrough/igpu-passthrough-to-vm/ My n100 is currently running the internet for the house so I cant fiddle with it until the weekend :D

Has anyone tried this to passthrough their GPU https://github.com/strongtz/i915-sriov-dkms Seems like the best way of doing it as it enables you to pass it through to 7 different VMs and keep it for the host.
