    I've got the Intel cooler in my server atm but is very loud with fans going upto 8000rpm can I get the same cooling performance with the supermicro cooler as its only rated at 2000rpm?

    Cant get into the config at startup press ctrl-H but nothing also under windows shows drives connected in megaraid software but gives me no options to do anything?
