    Intel Enterprise SSD's -- S3610 480GB ($89.99) -- S3520 960GB ($159.99)

Hi Rollo, Thanks for the advices. It works now. It seems the driver needs to shut down for >15 seconds to make its new partitions/formats to be effective to the laptop. It's longer than usual in my own experience. Not sure if it’s loss-power protection mechanism is a possible reason for this...

    Intel Enterprise SSD's -- S3610 480GB ($89.99) -- S3520 960GB ($159.99)

Used the `diskpart` command on `DISK 1`, its partition table is removed and failed to boot. The table can be reconstructed from `DiskGenius -> Tools -> Search Lost Partitions (Partition Recovery)`, then there is a tool to recover the bootloader from a user-specified partition in the WinPE system.
