The N2224PX-ON is the poe version. They seem hilariously expensive on ebay at the moment unfortunately. Not a lot of good options for 4-10 2.5 PoE with 10g and VLANs.

That list is all pre-terminated stuff, so as long as you don't get anything dirty while you're installing things it's pretty plug'n'play.

The output of `show run` is the whole config. If you save your working config with that, you can always just paste it back into a reset switch and be back to where you want.

If you do a `show run` you should see what config is loaded. Wild ass guess, it rebooted for some reason (power blip?) and you had for got to save things after you first configured things.

I only use single mode transceivers for all my other optical stuff (have a 3/4 populated 42u rack). Keeps SKU counts lower :)

What are you doing on it? If you're really worried about power, and not doing that much on it other than a little storage; could you jump down to something based on a CM4?

Does it need to be HDMI? I have a iogear gcs1944 that I've been very happy with, but that's display port. Past that I think you get into funky matrix switch stuff.
