Oh, it’s actually in China. There’s a platform called Xianyu — it’s similar to eBay and is used for second-hand trading. I’m not sure if the app has the same name in its international version, though.

I bought two of these, and after seeing the pictures you shared, I’ve already requested a return from the seller, though I haven’t received a response yet. In our local second-hand market, I can get the same hard drive at a better price, so if it’s not new, I have no reason to keep it.
