Need you help! Bought ICX6450-48 (non-POE). It have single fan that do not speed down after loading. What I can to do? Return switch is not an option. I prefer to use original fan, as I know that the switch must be not so loud. Thank you all.

Additional option to get POE capabilities - just use POE Midspan (like Microsemi PD-9006/9012/9024 - relative loud) or POE injectors (like Motorola High POE - silent) or in case of IP cameras - chinese POE injector with external power supply works just fine and totally silent.

You can check standard Cisco serial cable. Most of time it works brilliant.
