ASUS Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE + Intel Xeon Sapphire Rapids SPR-SP

Yes and my QYFS run all time on high performance mode in windows and with disabled any power save function (full time +- 2.5GHz-2.6GHz and more). I know that SST is crazy overprice but works very well. It's all about money. Good Noctua cooler will be good too. :)

For first time I used only 1x Samsung 990 Pro 4TB. Now I have in card 4x Samsung 990 Pro 4TB. Because I have very good experience with Samsung SSD (I was not owner 840 SATA :-D) so I stick with SSD from Samsung, so I will be upgrading to PCIe5 but Sam must release drives for ver5.

For example my setup, thanks @RolloZ170, my setup run with 8x 16GB 6000MHz Kingston Fury Renegade Pro DDR5 RDIMM and I can't complain about anything. And when the new modules from Micron (64GB 8000MHz RDIMM) will be finally available in my country, I want to buy a few and test it.

As CPU cooler I using and I recommend SilverStone XE360-4677. I using my SilverStone XE360-4677 with my QYFS and as fans Phanteks PH-F120T30 and it is super combo. But as Civiloid said, this cpu cooler is not cheap.

My ASUS PCIe 5 NVMe Card works without problem. As fans I switched from Noctua NF-A12x25-PWM to Phanteks PH-F120T30 and it is little better with better temperature. But soon Noctua will be releasing newer versions fans Gen2 so I not know if Gen2 will be better or not, for me are now Phanteks...

Yes. Test it with benchmark before and after. I don't want to be the bearer of bad news, but I think the settings in the ASRock app don't apply, but maybe it's just my imagination.

For me works fan control in w11 without problem. Now with 4x Phanteks PH-F120T30 (and before with 9x Noctua NF-A12x25 PWM). Fan headers on motherboard plus fan hub Noctua NA-FH1 and app. I tried many apps, from Asus up to Fan.Control. And in my eyes is best of the best: The first setup is a...

What do you mean "just SAGE is crippled"? I do not understand you. SPR-SP will always have less PCIe lanes with W790, whether ACE or SAGE.
