@TvdH Is due to the expansion card, the NVMe port sharing doesn't seem to smart. My 2 port NVMe N305 got the same issue with the second NVMe slot (WiFi PCIe). When ASPM is on there is no writeable disk, same results as you. What I did for my 2 disk node, disable ASPM for port 12.

Did you run memtest for a few hours? Its in the boot options of proxmox if you attach HDMI.

You should not update the bios when you don’t have a reason. If you google for bios updates it could get wrong unless Mandarin is your second language. Search the forums for “bios update no HDMI output” and rethink. If your vendor doesn’t provide you a bios and a manual. Stay away from it.
