anyone running Proxmox 7.4 on their CWWK N5105 device? Looking to update, just want to make sure no issues

They whole package. Temp drops across the board.

I 3d printed a fan top for my device and even a slight air movement across the top of the case causes a massive drop in temps.

I don't believe there is any more doubt about stability on the 5105 v4 + proxmox but I've been running for 30 days rock solid

that's most likely your issue. latest 5.19 kernel has been rock solid with me and I'm running opnSense in Proxmox

are you running the proxmox 5.19 kernel ?

I'm running proxmox on my 5105 V4 with 11 VM/Containers .. opnSense being one of them. With my 1Gb connection maxed, opnSense uses about 40% CPU. My LAN is fairly busy with traffic. I run ten IP cameras that are constantly streaming.. mind you, video compression is pretty good these days.

I believe two m2 drives is a no go in these?

one weird thing I notice is that my internet speed on the proxmox host is suppppppppppppper slow... like < 10mbit on a gigabit connection. Not sure what's causing that. VM internet speed is fine.

I'm on the edge kernel and have never experienced any crashes. I'm going to try this version though as I'd prefer to be on a stable kernel. I need to look into the microcode updates. Have never done one yet.

With my experience, even a slight breeze across the top of the unit will drastically lower temps.

The bios it shipped with: JK4LV103 / 07/30/2022 11:54:03 Didn't change any settings except for enabling vt-d for nic passthru in proxmox

I'm actually using a non noctua 140mm fan that runs off a regular usb port

also, these are my normal temps using the custom fan hat I 3d printed... I didn't do any modification to the device, just using it as it arrived.
