1.Try unRAID for gaming rig. In ESXI, you can passthrough GPU but some game will report cann't play due to virtualization environment. Because there is still VMWARE SVGA 3D adapter 2. AMD and NVIDIA GPU can be passthrough successfully

SR0H8 is C1 stepping. VT-x is supported but VT-d is supposedly not supported SR0KX is the C2 stepping with the VT-d fix which may be important for virtualization pass-through
