I ran into this today. In my case I put the authentication tweaks in ~/.ssh/config - since it's unlikely anyone else will be using my Linux box, or needing to log into the switch.
My purchase of 4 Crucial 16 GB 2666MHz RDIMMs went smoothly. Excellent communication, fast shipping, and the RDIMMs are hard at work in my NAS as I write. What else you got, @zac1? :D
