    WTB AMD EPYC 7642/7742

Didn't find available EPYCs fo that price (I'm also looking for 7763/7742/7H12 unlocked CPUs). The only offer available on Reddit today is 7702 for $890 via Zelle ($920 via PayPal) that seems a bit pricey for me as I'm considering buying multiple pieces.

[WTB][US-CA] AMD EPYC 7763 (2 or 3 pcs, matching pair, unlocked, new or excellent condition)

Thanks! If they were in Dell server before - they're fused. Someone told me that Supermicro boards can run EPYC 7002 series Dell-locked CPU but only if the locked CPU is installed in the second socket (in a Dual-CPU configuration - the first CPU - unlocked, the second CPU - locked). I'm not sure...

[FS][US-NJ] RAM Modules , NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Consumer CPUs

Here @RolloZ170 said "seems", but no other evidences regarding HPE vendor-locked EPYCs... Also here that HP doesn't lock their EPYCs.

[FS][US-NJ] RAM Modules , NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Consumer CPUs

Here was a discussion and I didn't find any information that HP locks EPYCs. They do it on Pavillion etc. consumer market hardware.

[FS][US-NJ] RAM Modules , NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Consumer CPUs

I didn't find any evidence that ASUS servers lock the CPU installed. Moreover, that is only true about Lenovo and Dell servers. Even HP doesn't lock their EPYCs.

[FS][US-NJ] RAM Modules , NVIDIA GPUs, Intel Consumer CPUs

Thanks! I installed 3200 8 Gb sticks for a while, but I can't stop licking my lips while seeing that 128 Gb TruDDR Samsung memory )) I didn't know that ASUS servers are "fusable"... I'm going to install the 3rd on my Gigabyte MZ31-AR0 board just to check it - will it also be fused? I know that...
