How are they going to sell 8000 CPUs and 300TB of DDR4 2400 RAM.
Is there a market for this? Even so, the winner will flood the market and kill their profits.
I think your best option is to email them: ASRockRack_sales@asrockrack.com
I emailed them last year when I was looking for a board and they let me know that stock was inbound and it ended up being available to purchase on that date.
Rebuilding a server and would prefer to use 2022 instead of 2019. My 2019 license key doesn't work.
Is it possible to "upgrade" a 2019 license to 2022? I would also need to do the same with CALs.
Any ideas? Thanks.
I have an Asus x670E-I with 7800X3D and 96GB DDR5 and can confirm cheap AliExpress m.2 to u.2 adapter works on the m.2 that is provided via chipset. Drive just shows up like normal.
I have been watching u3 pcie 4.0 x4 drives but don't want to waste such an expensive port on a cheap/small drive.
I'm not looking for one at the moment, but will likely find a 4/8TB drive once I'm ready.
You can search eBay for "u.3 ssd" and find oodles of them.
I have no issues on Truenas Core 13. Everything just worked.
I currently have it racked in a 3U case but I'm looking to buy one of those 15 bay ones from 45drives in the future.
I'm using mine as a NAS running TrueNAS Core 13. I have a 7302P (cheap 16/32 Epyc) and 8x32GB DDR4 ECC.
I run a few VMs on it for various stuff.
I want to acquire some U.3 drives to utilize the PCIE 4.0 x4 slimsas connectors.
