The 13500 is a great bang-for-the-buck, and also power efficient processor. Benchmark numbers are similar to, or slightly lower than the 12700K, but, power consumption is also lower.
IPMI is a requirement for my use case as I manage these servers remotely. It is very handy to be able to be able to do a hard reset remotely if something hangs (though rarely, almost never happens), or to be able to troubleshoot a network connection, such as if multiple network interfaces...
