    Strange. If it's memory speed shouldn't the 2Rx4 2666 DIMMS also have this issue? I can't think/find what else to do...

    Only thing I can find is Gyazo Screen Video - Modify memory clock? Changing clock to 2400 didn't change anything. Everything is still non responsive, holding the power button doesn't even turn it off I have to pull the plug.

    Struggling to find POR for AMD in the BIOS. Found this Gyazo Screen Video BIOS is version 2.1c with 7002 CPU, it should be fine for 2933?

    Both the 2Rx4 and 2Rx8 are 16GB. 2Rx8 are 2666 vs 2400 (2Rx4).

    They are not defective. The memory sticks pass MemTest+ if I only put 8 in (CPU 1 Blue) MTA18ASF2G72PDZ-2G6E1RI with AMD EPYC 7642. I only currently have 1 CPU so yes they work with CPU1 8 blue, it's just once I put CPU1 with 8 blue + 8 black the issue arises.

    If there are plans to launch more EPYC 4004 at the end of the year/start next year I will wait for those (with same/better performance as Ryzen 8000 series) I've been holding off upgrading waiting for Ryzen 8000 for the performance increase. Ryzen has been stable for me.
