WD drives are *NOT* SMR, and would be labeled "Red Plus" if made today.
All drives passed a 4x badblocks run. ~28K POH...
By very slow... I was getting ~30MB/s as reported by rsync --info=progress2, transferring from a single 14TB drive via USB3. Mea culpa for not running badblocks on some new-to-me drives. All good drives in now, and the transfer rate was up to ~160MB/s.
So I just got the case and already ran into my first snag... I suspect the case has been sitting in a warehouse for a hot minute because the pentagon pattern bolt that secures the front door was in there pretty good. The first of 2 flimsy plastic tools that Silverstone included just twisted...

Yeah, it's just like Amazon Marketplace sellers, except it sounds like there's less buyer protection... I still buy from Newegg every now and then, but only "sold by Newegg" with rare exceptions (DJI official store comes to mind).
TTT, with price drop. $300 for the whole system including the drives, local pickup (now in Murfreesboro). This has been sitting in storage so the above hard drive info should still be considered fairly accurate.

Couple of housekeeping notes...Looks like you should tag the title with "[EU]" (guessing based on the currency), as well as put an asking price for your system.
