I certainly want to give people the benefit of the doubt, but I was burned on these very forums a few years ago so maybe I'm jaded... *shrug* How do we know it's REALLY the same person?

Very slow ZFS RaidZ2 Performance on TrueNAS 12

By very slow... I was getting ~30MB/s as reported by rsync --info=progress2, transferring from a single 14TB drive via USB3. Mea culpa for not running badblocks on some new-to-me drives. All good drives in now, and the transfer rate was up to ~160MB/s.

    Silverstone DS380: ITX 8x SAS/Sata Hotswap

So I just got the case and already ran into my first snag... I suspect the case has been sitting in a warehouse for a hot minute because the pentagon pattern bolt that secures the front door was in there pretty good. The first of 2 flimsy plastic tools that Silverstone included just twisted...

    [Update: Seller Complaints Accumulating] HGST Ultrastar He10 - 10TB @ $129.95

Yeah, it's just like Amazon Marketplace sellers, except it sounds like there's less buyer protection... I still buy from Newegg every now and then, but only "sold by Newegg" with rare exceptions (DJI official store comes to mind).

    FS [UK]: Gigabyte MZ72-HBO + AMD EPYC 7402 - £4000 ono

Welcome to the forums... Couple of housekeeping notes...Looks like you should tag the title with "[EU]" (guessing based on the currency), as well as put an asking price for your system. Sounds like there's an interesting story in there somewhere! I'm certainly watching the Apple silicon space...
