did you notice that not only 'MaximumLBA' disappeared, but 'SectorDataSize' changed from 4096 to 512, which is 100% goodbye to data integrity. Downgrading of the bootloader version is also lacks any meaning.
This design is production version. The card consumes 10W in idle and similar to SAS controllers will overheat in several minutes without proper airflow

What is the meaning of this 'issue'? You've got a matched batch of drives that performs identically, is it bad in any sense? Do you prefer them with different production date and firmware? Drives have 2 accumulated start-stop cycles one of which is yours. This means drives were switched on only...
That particular one was produced in 2018, so it's 5yr old. Not sure that in 2017 drives were that slower than in 2018 ))
