    You are right, hard to find ready-made low wattage 120V power meters. Very hard to find meters for measuring even ~12 watt load with even 10% or better accuracy (1.2 watt). I think most folks just use multimeter and estimate real power.

    @ Nice article! ...I unfortunately cannot PM you, since you show as 'William Harmon, Guest' and no contact info. You have a potential word usage confusion in "The next problem is the sear size of these new cards." Sear=scorch, Shear=cut, Sheer=impressive, so probably could be 'sheer' size...
