Cisco SG500x 48 on eBay with no serial number

ive seen a listing for these on eBay but they have no serial number - 500 dollars.


Thoughts? The price is really tempting but I'm not sure about it not having a serial number..

Does Cisco honor warranty without original purchase receipt anyway? If not, I don't think this significantly exposes you to much more risk...

Ok not sure if it's stolen - poster says that they are refurbished

FYI - Most Refurbs only come with some kind of very basic warranty to ensure the unit work (like 30 - 90 days) They will NOT continue to have the lifetime warranty or whatever the original warranty was.

Should I not bother, maybe go with a Ubiquiti ES-48 lite when the get back in stock?

Those are 1yr warranty, AFAIK. My ES24 failed when it was 15mos old -- PS failure.
