Hi there,

I'm selling a fully loaded Supermicro X8DTH-6F with 96GB of RAM and 2x Intel Xeon E5620 CPU's with active heatsinks. It is the -6F version which has the onboard SAS controller which would save on purchasing a LSI card to attach a number of HDD's for a FreeNAS/Napp-it ZFS storage server.

1x SMC X8DTH-6F
2x Intel E5620
12x KVR1333D3D4R9S/8G
2x SMC SNK-P00404P4 Heatsink

All tested and powered on. Here are some pics of the system as a whole.

I'm in Palo Alto so collection would be free however shipping would be extra. PM me for more information :) Looking for around $350 but open to offers and will sell as a complete unit rather than parts.

I don't mean to rain on your parade but on Ebay, you can get a loaded r710 with similar specs and no HDs for almost half of your asking price. A search for R710 96gb found a couple hits for under $400. Some with 128GB are under $400 shipped as well.

Thanks for the feedback MountainDew! I was only comparing against other X8DTH-6F boards on ebay so its a good point about looking at other Dell/HP systems for similar specs. I've adjusted the price to $350 to reflect it. If anyone has a resonable offer, I would be happy to listen!
