Now that I have all pieces of the case installed I'm monitoring the temps of my HDD to make sure they're cooled properly...

What do your guys WD RED HDD sit at most of the time?

I have 6x WD RED & 2x WD RED PRO.
All are idling at 27-29*C and have only been powered-on ~5 Minutes.

It's going to depend largely on how much air flow you have going over them. Mine idle around 25C in my Supermicro 826 chassis and around 27C in my Supermicro 846 chassis.

I have 36 6TB WD Red drives in a Supermicro 847 case. They go up to about 4 to 5 degrees above ambient. usually right around the 26C to 28C range.
Use 3TB Greens in my other 847 cases. They tend to run a little warmer by about 2 degrees, compared to the Reds.

I've a couple hundred of the WD60EFRX that are idling at the moment between 31-38 C.
These are in 44-disk Supermicro JBODs which are air conditioned with a moderate air flow.
I've 100 of the WD6001FFWX in different Supermicro enclosures which idle between 26-30 C.
