Considering how difficult it has been to find these power supplies and they sell for a minimum of $75 each, this appears to be a steal!

Dougdeals / athomemarket are good sellers. Fast, honest and will fix any issues quick. This is a really good price - but rails and drive sleds will add at least $100 before your get it mounted.

Where do you find sleds for cheap? I've seen a few base chassis but by the time I add up the sleds and separate shipping it doesn't feel like a steal of a deal anymore. Bits and pieces add up fast.

Last month offered him a reasonable amount, for one of these, he keeps the chassis, I keep the 2 @ 500W PS and the Backplane..CHeap spare parts..

I bought from this seller and actually discovered the chassis with the damage to the PCI area and they sent me a whole new chassis and let me keep the initial one.

What he's describing as a bad backplane isn't the backplane but the missing bars in the PCI area... check the photos to see what I mean. So you get the chassis, 2 PSU, and a working backplane with some chassis damage. The damaged are will still hold PCI cards if you use a pair of pliers to flatten out the top of the slot where the screw goes in.

It's a pretty good deal.
