A heads up from an article I came across by Chris Ramseyer from Tom's Hardware dated 27th November:
suggesting 480 Gb model may come down to $165, 240 Gb for $65 (though he did not find any retailers at this price) and 960 Gb for $330

@FMA1394 yeah that'd be great. the SSD Plus is $55 right now, would prefer the Extrme for 55-65

I've been seeing all sorts of SanDisk SSDs on sale. I've had many years of nothing but reliability when using their CF cards. Can anyone chime in on their SSDs? Do they pay attention/comply with write barriers? (I'm thinking ZFS SLOG.)
