The intel s3700 will be faster, but I think the Micron RealSSD P400m stills seems to be a decent drive if you need something with good write endurance(7PB). Here are a few in depth reviews,

Microns are great drives for your enemies.
But that drives is in no way shape or form anywhere close to on par with an Intel S3700
