This is basically the tip of the spear for Enterprise servers with everything one can possibly want. Like I said, it's possible to hot plug memory - Not something you see too often.
It also has the by far best mechanical build quality of all servers I've ever seen or used (even compared with Dell or HP and particularly Supermicro)
