I'd like to make my own chassis like a Storinator. And i looking for backplane, i've found this one - SAS-936EL - SAS 6G, but i need SAS 12G. Maybe you know about Supermicro or another backplane for 16 3.5" HDD with vertical mounting ?

I don't know others but if you can find Supermicro 936-A backplane, it should support 12GB/s (unofficially). Unless you are going to use a mix of SSDs, 6Gbps shouldn't bottleneck mechanical drives.

Thanks ! also i've few 12G SSD 2.5" and maybe split them with mechanical drives and my mobo EPC612D4U-2T8R has 2 12G ports. For future 12G preffered, because i need to do a lot of work for made my own enclosure and i don't want to do enclosure modifications again.

Well most modern servers have moved to horizontal layout since you get 16 drives in the same space ...
Maybe some EMC or SUN/Oracle boxes but nothing easily obtainable I think
