Every so often when I login I see a message that I am banned. I have not been able to catch it when I am recording the screen to see if it says it is an IP or username ban.
I am on OS X using Safari and almost always from the same home IP address.
After the message appears it dumps me back to the login screen. I relogin and it always works on the second try.
