Looks like these are back, not sure how low seller will go but he has quantity available. There's a thread somewhere on here about turning these into a HBA via cross-flashing but I don't have time to find it right now.

Just an FYI. Seller had item listed as new (unsealed), but my card arrived in open bag and controller logs show that it was in use for a while.
