That is correct. It is possibly overstock, clearance, open box. But full return policy and new warranty. That's the outlet.

This dropped to $28.99 today. Unfortunately shipping is $7.75.

I hit up eBay with the coupon, found much better deals sitting out there.

Unfortunately, shipping on anything this cheap will usually end up being a large percentage of the total cost. I usually pick up locally so I don't usually worry about the shipping.
