I managed to juggle applying the PICKFAST to a sellers "offer", and at the same time getting them to remove delivery as I would "will call".
In the end saved nearly $100 between the 5% with the offer, and 15% from PICKFAST and then 9% back on from CA tax

The code is giving me a 'Can't be applied to your order'. Is this only for items shipped out of the US? Can anyone check? (US address and US shipping address here, still getting the 'nope' for an order from China).

I will give it a go. Maybe intentional to frustrate people and have some impulse non-discounted purchases from customers flipping out. They should piss off with the App already and just offer the coupons normally.
