Isn’t it the usual code for a ship in Star Citizen rather than an actual game? FWIW you should be able to sell that code to lower your effective price decently.

Its ship and game package. And resale value has plummeted a lot. 50 bucks with luck I'd say.

Good to know. That game has certainly received a lot of press over the years, although the focus has continually gotten more negative. ~17% off by selling the code is worth the effort.

And hardforum is a great place to sell the code--always people looking and selling game codes there.

The AIC version is currently $40 off at newegg.com with code 91PCGD5. $259 is very tempting for new drives.

* Edit - code no longer applies to the U.2 version

The same price on Amazon US. Personally would prefer Amazon to eBay.

269 USD! Why are they not sold out?

Just to give you some idea of how I use them. I have FreeBSD + ZFS, with three partitions. 10GB for SLOG, 32GB for swap and the rest is L2ARC cache. Completely overkill, but a joy to use. With NFS over 40GbE(fiber, not coax) I get 60-70% of the 4kb-8kb iops that I would locally on the machine.

You may wonder why I have 32GB for just swap? That is because a lot of applications I'm running is basically idling, and FreeBSD will automatically just move it to swap and use the RAM for even more ARC caching. This works great! There is a small delay when I start using these sleeping applications, but then they will be moved to RAM and behave as fast as they should. And if I stop using them, they get moved back to the swap.

My first 3 codes went for $200 last year, sweet drive discount. Star Scam...citizen has a pretty entrenched base of captive whales, its kinda nuts.

Those whales all got fed so its not so much now, might not even be worth the hassle of "selling cd-keys to random people".

I added one to my account (yeah I got suckered by the early stuff but only for the base game) and gave another to a friend recently.

Plus an additional $15 off with code: EMCEEEV25 at newegg.com

Snagged one for $244.99.
