OCP mezzanine to pcie 16x riser card ?

I need change a OCP mezz slot (with pcie gen3 x16 bandwidth)
to a standard pcie3 x16 conector.

Some known where I can buy this riser or adapter?

ps: OCP mezzanine slots with PCIe Gen3 x16 bandwidth (Type1, P1, P2, P3, P4)
