EATX official specs

Aside from the one citation from the SSI EEB (https://www.snia.org/sites/default/files/SSIF/2018-05-31/SSI EEB 2008 1.0.1.pdf), I'm yet to find a documento with the de facto specs for the format factor (especially maximum allowable size). Does anyone knows another source? Thanks.

AFAIK there isn't one. EATX can be anything larger than ATX up to SSI EEB. Mounting holes will be the same as ATX/SSI EEB.

watch out though for ones that are marginally even bigger than EEB. like some supermicro board are like slightly bigger than 12x13 in.

And not even the standoff positions are mutually compatible. Some cases can hold SSI-EEB boards, but miss some standoff positions e.g. for Supermicro boards...that Supermicro lists as E-ATX. Standards FTW

The mounting holes of EATX and SSI EEB formfactor boards are definitely not the same. Only three of them are identical, the other ones are in different positions.
