Basically if you can get even a few bucks off the EPYCs that's $4000 for mobo and CPUs.

The other reason I like this is that if you've got like 5x Xeon D 8 core servers sitting around, you can prob get $550 for the boards and just virtualize everything. No need to do 10G switching either.
