I am looking to acquire a pair of power line adapters for UK plug but in USA so I can preconfigure everything before I do an install in the UK when I travel over there. I can't seem to buy the UK plugs anywhere in the US. Any ideas?

So check this out--when I was looking for the same thing a few years ago, I discovered my Netgear Nano 500av are universal voltage--so all I need is a plug adapter.

I don't know how much has changed in recent years, but I'd check that out in detail before trying to obtain the units from another market.

Since these will be installed in the UK, I want to avoid the eventual plug adapters.

Are you looking for voltage converters, or just new line cords with BS-1363 (the big 3-blade plug that the UK uses for outlets)?
I may have some C13 to BS-1316 cords kicking around from when we did an install in the UK a few months ago if that is what you need.

If installing in a colo or office, I would just get C14 PDU's and then C13 to C14 cords for powering your equipment.

Also the "figure 8" cords (IEC C7 plugs) are quite common for smaller equipment "BS 1363 UK 2-Pole Plug to C7 Non-Polarized Figure 8 6 ft. Power Cord Fused 10A 18/2" from www.parts-express.com! for example.

If you already have the UK plugs, then just grab a cheap pack of travel socket adapters to use before you leave. I have both https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00013BL18 and https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00E7P7UHK which have worked fine in my travels.
