Hello, i had bought a SuperMicro A2SDV-8C-TLN5F motherboard several months ago to build a router

Below is my computer config
Motherboard:SuperMicro A2SDV-8C-TLN5F
Storage: Intel Optane Memory 32Gb
RAM: Kingston KVR24R17S4/16 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz Reg ECC
Riser: RSC-RR1U-E8
AOC: AOC-STG-I4T
Case: CSE-E300

When I tried to install the driver for the onboard 10GBase-T LAN, none of the driver listed on supermicro website or intel website is working.

I had tried to install ethernet Adaptor completed driver pack (22.10 22.4 from SM, 23.0 and 23.1 from Intel)
Onboard Intel I210 is working, all 4 port in AOC-STG-I4T is working as well.
However, those 4 Onboard 10GBase-T ports still not recognize by windows (I can see all 8 10GB Port in Bios)

Anyone know which driver can make those onboard 10GBase T port working?

The manual lists the 10Gb NICs is an Intel X557-AT4 so the driver you already have should work...

Chipset drivers are all installed I assume? IIRC the onboard 10GbE NICs on these platforms aren't hooked up over PCIe but by some other protocol.

Yes, i have installed the chipset driver first and follow with the LAN driver, but the onboard 10GB LAN not working

Contact SM support maybe. This makes no sense. These NICs have been out for awhile now and are in the main driver packages from Intel for months

Switch Device Manager view into Devices by Connection mode and see if you can figure out which set of ports isn't actually working.

There is only one working Intel 210 port shown in that screenshot and four Intel 710/557. That suggests it might be the 1Gbps ports that need some TLC.

Alternatively - get the device IDs from the Ethernet ports without drivers and use that to match up the right driver set.

Can you boot it up with a bootable linux distro or similar and see if the onboard 10GbE ports are visible there? That at least would give an indication as to whether it's a hardware vs. software issue.
