Unfortunately these aren't compatible with my X11SPM-F Board, so they must go. Was installed in a Xeon D Supermicro board and worked without issues

You tried it or just really want memory on the supported list ? Kind of odd if it didn’t work as generally the vendor memory is fine in supermicro

Went through support with supermicro. Board flat out doesn’t seem the DIMMs. Like I said above my Xeon D board sees them without issue

That’s strange, I was about to move some memory about so fingers crossed I don’t have same issues. Maybe it’s more an issue with X11 boards.

I was just looking at the RAM closely myself and then noticed @Evan replied already, I'm amazed this isn't working too :( and saddened at the same time. MICRON is normally top quality, and compatible with everything from what I've seen online, and my experience as well.

@Patrick are you noticing more SM boards not working with components not on SM approved lists?

Interesting.. I have some very similar mem in 16GB rdimms that throw all kinds of errors in an X10DRU-XLL. Thought it was the board..

Would have to check model #

Good to know was worried my Xeon D board and the memory broke in my love. Nice to see I'm not the only one who's having issues.

What does "not compatible" mean? None of the sticks post? Some don't post? Random? All post but throw errors?

Board posts that no DIMMs seen
That sounds like a different issue.

In my case, certain slots fail to post at random.

The XLL has the hyperspeed ability.. Thought it was related to that, but shutting it down in the BIOS has no effect.
