That is still a good price. You can sometimes get better if someone's dumping thousands.

I'm trying to figure what this is capable of?

I want to move from my current setup that has 8 servers with dual sfp+ 10gbe ports connector to lb6m switch, and another 8 servers with dual 10gbe rj45 connected to a netgear switch, with just single 10gbe between the switches. hoping to move all the servers to 40gbe connected to single switch. will this card work for that?

If "MCX354A-QCBT" is the correct name then it's a vpi card supporting qdr infiniband and 10 gbit/s ethernet.

MCX354A-QCBT @ $51 still not good enough because I have purchase MCX354A-FCBT @ $40

but MCX354A-QCBT can flash firmware and overclock become a MCX354A-FCBT
