Bitten by DL380 noise again

Hello,
reading this forum I know perfectly that when I put hardware not supported in DL380 G7 fans go crazy.
Now I have tried to put two Seagate firecuda.
The raid controller can use them but after 30 seconds fans go crazy and then server reset itself.
Now I ask: what can I do? Is there a chance that a firmware update (of what?) can save me?

You can use a HP P420 Controller.
The problem is, that the drive temperature is read wrong by the P410i and the fans spin up to 100%.
This shouldn't happen with a P420 and it will also be a reasonable upgrade (P420 can be set to passthrough/JBOD if you use ZFS or similar)

Great news,
I should have a p410i with fbwc and 1gb. Can you suggest me a replacement guide or what to buy?
