All seller feedback is over 1 year old and most of it is for various items of clothing. Scam...

Likely scam. Quick points:

- As you yourself mention the price is too good to be true. Seems to be the standard ~$20 that doesn't raise eBay flags as quickly.
- Lot's of newly listed items well under market value. All claim to be new.
- Selling history is over a year old and appears to be clothing
- Selling quantity as multiple single item sales

Don't help this scammer succeed.

Either a glitch in his listing software, or a big scam

The OP listing was pulled from eBay so everything was probably canceled and refunds will be processed at some point.

This seems to be a very common scam.
Buyers protection works fine. EBay seems to be catching and cancelling the accounts but they leave the transaction in place and tell the buyer to make a claim if nothing shows up.
