I 'm only selling as I need to downgrade my ESXi server into a smaller socket 1151 ATX platform with 64GB ram

I'm based in the South Bay near the San Jose / Campbell border and I'd prefer to sell locally and keep things all together if I can find a buyer that needs a setup like this :)
Looking for $800

Or possible trades for Z270 MB, i7-7700K or E3-1230v5/v6, and DDR4 ram

The only issue I've had with this setup is that the motherboard was working perfectly and then all of a sudden the IPMI stopped working. I tried quickly flashing a new firmware, but I really don't have the time to mess around and try to troubleshoot things.

Motherboard has the following specs:
1. Dual socket R (LGA 2011) supports Xeon® E5-2600 v1/v2
2. Intel® C602 chipset; QPI up to 8.0GT/s
3. Up to 1TB ECC DDR3, up to 1866MHz - 16 x DIMM slots
4. 2 PCI-E 3.0 x16 and 4 PCI-E 3.0 x8
5. Intel® i350 GbE controller (4 ports)
6. 8x SATA2 and 2x SATA3 ports
7. 8x SAS2 (6Gb/s) ports via Broadcom 2308
8. Integrated IPMI 2.0
9. 7x USB 2.0 ports (2 rear, 4 via header + 1 Type A)

Dropped the price a bit as I just want to cover my costs to get into a 7700k with 64gb ram :)

Bump for you, I have pretty much the same exact combo and keep thinking about upgrading!
