I decided that was too much trouble. On my SuperMicro cases, I have one or two screws holes that dont line up properly, so I ended up using these:

SA180 Adhesive Standoffs, 24 Pack, 0.180" Height, Offset 0.6x0.6" Base, Fits 0.125" PCB Hole: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific

When you already have some standoff that are part of the case and your just missing 1 or 2 they look perfect (adds to an amazon shopping list I have for those things I could likely need one day :) )

You guys are hardcore... as long as I'm not missing 2+ in the same location I'll just skip those.. never had a problem at all with grounding out, but I do make sure the one(s) I skip are not all grouped in the same section of the board ;)
