Different cpus in X10DRi-T motherboard?

A Whole different model or just different SPEC code (stepping) CPU pair? Different models I doubt would work.
The CPU need to be matching so you can't mix say an E5-2609 and an E5-2630.
If you're talking about running E5-4 series in an E5-2 series -- then yes you can do that, I do that on 2 boards... although now I'm debating selling them and using the $$ to get nicer E5-2 series
