Now I have modified it with Noctua fans, but I didn't liked that that temp of front sensors were around 60 degree, so I added two small (30x30x15) fans right near the big heatsink with Noctua noise reduction, now it's not louder, but cooler. Also If you found this post and you planning to...

Desperate search for Arista EOS firmware

From one of the forum user I got EOS-4.28.10.1M with md5: d6a4e061b955dea5baa841bc79b524e9 SHA256: 315c6801973146c4ed65cde3096424ff18cf3d5063b2caddbdade95cd02eab3b Can someone confirm is that real firmware or not?

Welp, still too load for me. At 30cm the noise is 41db. My whole 32U rack is 31db with 3 servers (water cooling with 6x low RPM noctua + a few EXOS&WD GOLD HDD) and 1980 (with noctua)

Thank you for them, especially for EOS-4.28.9M. Maybe you have patch notes for them? And does your source have EOS-4.28.10M or EOS64-4.28.10M?

    Arista DCS-7050QX-32

Okay, thank you very much for your information, that's answer one of my question :) So I can just install EOS-4.28.X on my switch. Since this notice and this post claims, that 4.29.X drops support of 7050qx-32s

From the "show ver" output. Like this one https://forums.servethehome.com/index.php?threads/arista-dcs-7050qx-32s-spontaneous-restart-issue.34931/post-337165 The same architecture I got in show ver output that seller sent to me.

That's not bad advice, I will try software way, before using hardware solution But I'm looking for very low-noise mod, like in case of HP 1910-48G :) But still, how is it possible for i686 switch to have x64 firmware?

    Arista DCS-7050QX-32

Good time of day. Since soon (1.5 month :) ) I will finally get my 7050QX-32S-R and 6x Noctua NF-A4X20 PWM (to replace stock ones) I have a few question. In this thread there is mention of 64-bit firmware (x86_64 arch), which is strange, since official datasheet mentions only x86 CPU (i.e...

PM9A3 Firmware / ERRORMOD related to fw version

As far as I understood it's should be GDC7X02Q for m.2 version. So GDC5902Q will most likely will not work on M.2, but you can try, since Samsung utility actually checks does this firmware works with disk you are trying to write it to and gives you an error in case of incompability.

You can't basically. Tech support answered that it enabled back in latest BIOS release, but you can't flash it unless you change 32mb chip to 64mb chip

    Are Tyan Boards Any Good?

I can confirm that it's not true. Via IPMI you can set PWM separately for each PWM header
