Late to the party here but my initial schoolboy error was not opening my cmd prompt with administrator rights… Also I could not get it to work on a HP Z840 running Windows 11, but another identical PC running Windows 10 does work so gave up trying to track down the issue since I know it works...

Is it the same output when the correct command is being used?

Thought I was registered here but confused it with a sort of similar/named forum :) turns out I was not despite being lurking for a long time. Registered now to say a thanks for this thread, was picking up some 2TB NetAPP drives from mate at work as they were clearing out a few of the shelves...
