well. the reason was jumpers .... both -> DIMMs and BMC. Solved Thanks to everyone for the help

BMCLED1 is on. (see screenshot) set all Jumpers to default first - which ones?

well... finally got it boot (brought back to service) .... they did some manipulation with "jumpres" on the board with the same DIMMs. But now I have problems with BMC :( (card is installed at MB connect + green link is on when WB is on) Looks that manual has nothing about it.

sure... I got it :-) ... but firstly I was trying to find at my "warehause of PC components" :-)

with outside case -> didn't manage... MB Supports ATX2.0 PSU ... I have as an second PSU only ATX (with 1 connector) :( ... and it doesn't work with ATX (not 2.0)

have only RDIMM :( outside case -> OK.

or you need a full pic of it?

I have also DDR4 ECC Registered DIMM (DDR4 | Synology Inc.) for test from Synology, but I think it won't work because E-2300 doesn't support Reg.DIMM :(
