SATA-150 speeds :-(, looks to be abt 90-100MBps R/W. I threw a $30 offer just for fun, prolly won't stick and I honestly don't know what I will do w/ it just yet. Big fan of STEC stuff though, they seem to make rock solid gear.

Looks like it's SLC based on the part # (missing the M for MLC @ end).

With that said, it's a better deal than the $45/each I paid for 60gb SLC SSD.

10,000 IOPs
and 800 IOPs

3 W -- a bit power hungry too I reckon... but can't resist something new! OLD!

Not exactly fast, for last few generation ssds :D

Either way i'll play around with 1 :D Wonder how they compare to the Dell SLC of similar gen. I've never used a SSD rated this "slow",

LOL, cute, maybe my crucial c300 drives are better suited for the task of a new work laptop drive.

It's also only $40. If you could get for $30-35 that's along the lines of other slow boot drives that are smaller capacity.

Yeah, not bad, I debated putting 2 in raid1 in my 6 worker-workstations to replace the 320s, but the 320s are cranking along just fine :D but 20$ for 40gb of $30 for 120gb.... not that I need more space tho D:

Was that you who just got that 100gb s3700 for $50 on 'thebay' I was watching then lost track of time/bid.

Good score if so.

Since we are on the subject of Intel S3700 100g SSD.

Yesterday, I received a Intel S3700 100gb BIN for $38 from last week.
It has 5 hours power on time, 32gb host write. Already wrote 400gb in 8 hours.
